This product is covered by a 2-year warranty*, with the following exceptions:
- Mechanical damage (e.g., scratches, bending)
- Chemical damage (e.g., exposure to toxic or strong detergents, liquids, etc.)
- Outdoor use (exposure to sun, rain, humidity, or other weather conditions).
- Accidental damage or misuse of the product.
- Intentional damage.
Important: The warranty applies only to the original buyer. A receipt or invoice is required as proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days—no questions asked. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 34–48 hours.
How to Configure
- Download the NFC Tools app (free) from your app store.
- Enable NFC on your phone (check your phone’s settings).
- Open NFC Tools and select Read.
- Hold your Taply tag close to your phone and press Read.
- Go back and select Write → choose what you want to write.
- Hold the Taply tag near your phone and press Write.
- Scan the tag to confirm it works. ✅ Done.
