We strive to provide accurate descriptions and visuals of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of some items, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. Product availability may change without notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in multiple EU currencies, including but not limited to EUR, RON, PLN, CZK, HUF, SEK, DKK, BGN, and HRK, as well as other officially recognized EU currencies. Taxes are included in the price unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other accepted online payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all products. Orders are processed promptly, and delivery times vary depending on location and the chosen shipping method. UnityCave is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. The sender is responsible for packing the item securely using the original box and adequate protective materials. Please contact us before returning your item at 📧 hi@unitycave.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that damaged or poorly packed returns may result in a partial refund or denial.

Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including images, product designs, branding, and text—is the property of UnityCave and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Content & Reviews
