How it's made

Poured by hand, cured 7 days.

No shortcuts - just pure craft.

Mix & Pour the Concrete

Step 1

Mix & Pour the Concrete

The process begins by preparing the concrete composition and pouring it into molds. The concrete is then kept for 48 hours at a controlled temperature, followed by 7–10 days of maturation. Once cured, an eco-friendly water-based coating is applied. Finally, the finished products are inspected and carefully packaged.

Unmold the Product

Step 2

Unmold the Product

Once the concrete has completed the curing period, carefully remove each piece from its mold. The product is released gently to prevent cracks, chips, or surface damage, while ensuring the final shape and details remain intact.

7-Day Curing at 25°C

Step 3

7-Day Curing at 25°C

Following the initial curing stage, the concrete continues to mature for 7–10 days. During this period, the material gradually develops its final strength and stability under suitable environmental conditions

Apply Eco Water-Based Coating

Step 4

Apply Eco Water-Based Coating

Once the concrete has sufficiently matured, an eco-friendly water-based coating is applied. This finishing layer enhances the appearance of the product while providing an additional protective surface.

Label & Package

Step 5

Label & Package

The finished products are carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged to protect them during storage, handling, and transportation. The products are then ready for delivery.
